The proposal is for the County to fund the purchase of a mobile medical vehicle, a vehicle wrap, and the mobile medical equipment at a cost of no more than $450,000 to Casa Ruben, Inc. The Robert I. Schattner Foundation1  will provide matching funds of up to $450,000 1 Robert I. Schattner Foundation (robertischattnerfoundation.org) 2 directly to Casa Ruben, Inc. to fund the staff and operating expenses. Casa Ruben Inc. and DHHS will collaborate on target areas and connecting children and families to health care homes.
