(she/hers) (born July 11, 1939) is a retired United States Army officer who served as Chief of the United States Army Nurse Corps from September 1987 to August 1991. She was the first woman to receive her master's degree in military arts and sciences from the United States Army Command and General Staff College. She is also the first African-American nurse corps officer to graduate from the United States Army War College. In 1991, Adams-Ender was selected as Commanding General, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, and served in this capacity as well as that of Deputy Commanding General of the United States Military District of Washington until her retirement in 1993.In 2001 she published a memoir: My Rise to the Stars: How a Sharecropper's Daughter Became an Army General. Ms. Adams-Ender is a 2019 Women’s Army Foundation Hall of Fame inductee. Dr. Adams-Ender provides CRI with expertise on managing organizations and quality.

(she/hers) is a Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Director of the Adolescent AIDS Program, Children’s Hospital at Montefiore in the Bronx, New York. Her program is one of the nation’s leading programs providing comprehensive care for HIV+ and at-risk youth and has also developed an award-winning, multi-city social marketing program promoting HIV testing to youth. Dr. Futterman has published more than 50 articles and chapters on the care of HIV + and at-risk youth and a book entitled: Lesbian and Gay Youth: Care and Counseling and lectures widely throughout the country and internationally. She is currently working as a consultant with the Global AIDS Program of Centers for Disease Control on the development of international youth and HIV programs. She has served as a national leader, chairing the NIH-funded Adolescent Medicine HIV/AIDS Research Network and the Adolescent Committee of the Pediatric AIDS Clinical Trials Group and has served on the HRSA/CDC AIDS Advisory Council. She currently serves on the Committee on Pediatric AIDS of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is a Board member of: Life Beat - The Music Industry Fights AIDS, the AIDS Alliance for Children, Youth and Families, A Better Bronx for Youth Consortium, as well as a South African program: Mothers to Mothers-to-be. In 2001, she spent a six-month sabbatical in Cape Town, South Africa working with the provincial health ministry and at the University of Cape Town on their AIDS response. Dr. Futterman provides CRI with expertise in GBLTQ, youth care and health care delivery to special populations.

With Ford, Mr. Lin also managed corporate strategy teams and the creation of Ford Smart Mobility in the Asia region. In this growing nascent field, Patrick was responsible for diverse initiatives spanning from artificial intelligence, data management and analytics, to electrification, and complex automated ecosystems (Beijing 2.0) among many others. He is a past vice president of the INTA (International New Thought Alliance). Dr. Bazemore is a member of the Jung Institute of New York, the Alfred Adlerian Society, and the NASW Society since 1983. He is a Faculty Member at Southern California University. He serves as a Facilitator for the 14th Street N.W. Inner City Clinic. He is a Member of the Racial Attitude Committee for Policy (Diocese of Richmond) and a Member of the Board of Writers for Racial Policy Document of the United States Catholic Charities. Dr. Bazemore serves as a Retreat Director at St. Joseph’s Parish in Alexandria, Virginia, St. James Episcopal Cathedral on Evelyn Underhill Society, and Emma Curtis Hopkins in Harlem, New York. He was recognized on the famous Reuters Billboard in Times Square in New York City and has been honored as a Top Executive in 2019. Dr. Bazemore’s affiliations include the Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA), the Registry of American Group Psychotherapy Association, and the C. G. Jung Institute. He is a participant in Shalem of Washington, D.C. which is a spiritual growth center. He is a member of the National Adlerian Society, the Washington School of Psychiatry in Washington, D.C., the Systems for Human Studies in Chevy Chase, Maryland, the American Counseling Association, and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Dr. Christopher Bazemore has published a book, “Authentic Change for a Happy Life” which is available at “The Book Escape” located at 805 Light Street in Baltimore, Maryland. He wrote an article for the Christian Bookseller Association, is a Contributor to the “Positive Energy Newsletter” and the “Montgomery Minority Help Magazine,” and wrote an article on Reverend Jim Forbes for the “Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation. Dr. Bazemore brings expertise to CRI on integration of behavioral and primary care; the CRI/Metro model in Baltimore City.
